Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Manage appointments efficiently and keep accurate records of treatments provided.
- Promote retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques within the beauty industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with relevant qualifications recognised within the UK.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients.
- Self-motivated with organisational skills to manage your own schedule and client appointments.
- Must be self-employed, responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and supplies.
