As our business continues to grow, we’re now looking for dependable, skilled, and motivated Field Service Engineers to join our team, covering the Northwest area and reporting to our Preston Depot (PR5 8BF).
What does a Field Service Engineer do?
You’ll travel across your patch responding to service calls, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and keeping our machines running smoothly and reliably. You’ll be the person our customers rely on – not just for your technical know-how, but for your professionalism, friendly service, and calm approach when things need fixing fast.
Whether it’s updating software, replacing parts, or completing routine maintenance, you’ll make sure our customers can keep doing what they do best – with minimal disruption and maximum confidence in our service.

What we’re looking for:
- Practical and logical – with a knack for fixing things
- Great communicator – professional, calm, and customer-friendly
- Organised and able to keep good records
- Basic computer skills (for logging jobs and updates)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with electronics, gaming, or service repair is a plus – but we’ll train the right person
