Duties
- Prepare and portion chicken and other ingredients according to company standards.
- Support the kitchen team in day-to-day operations.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene.
- Receive, check, and organize deliveries and stock items.
- Carry out end-of-day kitchen cleaning and closing duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or food service environments is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to support colleagues during busy periods.

Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods.
Only applicants who are available for irregular working hours (including morning or afternoon shifts), weekend shifts, and more than 20 hours per week — and must be available to work on Sundays — will be considered.
