The Role
We’re looking for a confident and reliable Assistant Manager to join our Nottingham team on a permanent basis. You’ll support the day-to-day running of one of the busiest and most exciting venues in the group, helping lead shifts, maintain standards and support the wider management team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and keeping operations running smoothly in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support the General Manager with daily operations
- Motivate and support the team across multiple departments
- Handle cash, complete end-of-day procedures and support stock control
- Deliver excellent customer service and be a visible presence on the floor
- Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
- Support team performance, organisation and operational standards
- Contribute to commercial performance through strong planning and engagement
Your Profile
- Experience in a supervisory or junior management role within hospitality, leisure or retail
- Reliable, organised and confident leading a team
- Comfortable with stock, cash handling and closing procedures
- Personal licence holder preferred, or willing to work towards it
- Strong communication skills and able to stay calm under pressure
- Happy working evenings, weekends and in a busy entertainment environment
