Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of our domiciliary care specialising in senior care and end of life care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of nursing and home care services, and a compassionate approach to service user's wellbeing. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of care delivery within the company, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review personalised care plans tailored to individual service user needs.
- Supervise and support care staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management to promote a motivated and competent team.
- Oversee medication administration in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care services.
- Monitor quality assurance processes to continuously improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to service user's care, staff rotas, and regulatory reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior or assisted living environments such as nursing homes or care homes and domiciliary care.
- Strong background in nursing or healthcare management with previous supervising or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of care planning, medication administration, and regulatory compliance within UK social care settings.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills to engage residents' families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant qualifications in health & social care (e.g., RQF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care) are highly desirable.

Pay: £45,000.00 per year
