Full-Time Breakfast, Brunch & Lunch Cook

Hours: Full-Time (Daytime only, includes weekends)
Salary: £14 - £17 per hour. About Us:
We are a busy, independent bakehouse with a passionate customer base. We take pride in serving high-quality, fresh food alongside our bakery goods. We are looking for an experienced Cook to lead our daytime kitchen service.
- Manage and cook the daytime menu, focusing on high-volume breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes.
- Deliver consistent, beautifully plated food during fast-paced peak morning and lunch rushes.
- Handle prep work, ingredient portioning, and ordering to minimise waste.
- Maintain immaculate kitchen cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience cooking hot breakfasts, poached eggs, brunch specials, and lunch dishes (paninis, salads, soups).
- Ability to work solo or lead a small line during high-pressure, busy services.
- Reliable, punctual, and organised with a genuine passion for good food.
- Availability to work weekends, as these are our busiest days.
