**Job Summary:** We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and possess strong communication skills. **Duties:** - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues - Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as necessary - Manage the daily routines of the nursery setting effectively **Skills:** - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues - Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting - Ability to manage and supervise groups of young children - Proficiency in English language - Valid driver's license for potential off-site activities - Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles - Demonstrated leadership qualities in guiding and supporting children This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
