Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for an Order to Cash Finance Manager to join our Finance team based in Leeds.
What you'll be responsible for:
Forming an integral part of our Finance team, you will lead the end-to-end Order to Cash process, ensuring revenue-related transactions are accounted for accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining robust financial controls across receivables, cash allocation and customer accounts. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll help ensure we continue to operate with high levels of governance, accuracy and compliance.
You'll lead the management of customer deductions, disputes and credit control activities, identifying opportunities to reduce revenue leakage and improve cash collection performance. Partnering closely with Sales, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams, you'll use data and insight to challenge existing processes, resolve root causes and improve the effectiveness of our Order to Cash cycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to make a visible impact within a fast-paced FMCG environment, influencing business performance whilst supporting the ongoing evolution of our Finance function.
The position will be based from our Leeds or Stokesley office circa 2-3 days per week along with the opportunity to work flexibly/remotely when required
What experience you'll need to have:
- Demonstrate a background within Order to Cash, Credit Control or Accounts Receivable environments
- Possess a sound understanding of receivables, revenue accounting and financial control principles
- Present expertise in managing customer deductions, dispute resolution and revenue recovery activities
- Display excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities with the confidence to influence across multiple functions and levels of seniority
- Bring exposure to FMCG or other high-volume transactional environments, which would be advantageous
- Be comfortable working with ERP platforms such as SAP and using data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Demonstrate the ability to lead, coach and develop colleagues whilst driving positive change across processes, controls and ways of working
- Present a passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don't have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
