This is an exciting time at The Little Oak Tree Day Nursery. We are due to open a brand new pack away setting in Brereton Rugeley!
As a key member of the nursery management team, you will support the Nursery Manager and assist with the day-to-day running of the nursery to ensure that children and parents are provided with high quality childcare which meets the requirements of Ofsted, and also embedding the EYFS whilst maintaining and creating an exciting and inviting environment.
The nursery caters for 23 children aged 18 months -5 years old.
Working hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, term time only (37.5 Hours Per Week).
About the Role:
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll help create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment where children can thrive. You’ll plan and deliver inspiring activities, support children’s individual development, and work closely with families to ensure every child feels valued and supported.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
- A genuine passion for working with children aged 2–5
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, nurturing attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding care
- Experience of leading/working in a busy room
