Essential Requirements:
- Current NMC registration.
- Contemporary clinical knowledge.
- Prior experience in Care / Nursing Homes or similar settings is required.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise care staff, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of care.
- Develop comprehensive care plans and conduct detailed risk assessments.
- Lead and mentor care staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Maintain accurate documentation using modern systems.
- Oversee medicine management in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Make timely decisions and provide guidance based on clinical expertise.
- Uphold professional standards in line with the NMC Code of Practice.

Shift Details:
- Day Shift: 08:00-20:00 (12 hours with a 1-hour unpaid break)
