The Columba Hotel is looking to recruit an experienced bartender, to start as soon as possible in its riverside MacNabs Bistro.
Duties will include but not be limited to the mixing, pouring and serving of drinks, taking food orders, payments and assisting customers.
As the handling and selling of alcohol will be vital for the role all applicants must be 18+ in order to meet current licensing standards.
