*** Pay: Up to £25,565 per annum per hour based on a tier structure
*** Additional £70 per sleep in

*** What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children's Residential/Children and Families Workforce, or willing to gain this qualification
- Experience working in children’s residential care
- Confident leadership with strong communication abilities
- A team player who can mentor and support others
- Committed to creating a safe, stable, and nurturing setting
- Comfortable with flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with other professionals.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members to ensure a cohesive support system.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the individual's condition.
- Drive to various locations as required for home visits or community activities.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals, fostering independence and confidence.
- Engage in recreational activities that promote social interaction and personal development.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children or in a similar support role is essential.
- Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with individuals and their families.
- A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations.
- An understanding of childcare principles and practices will be beneficial in delivering high-quality support.
