We're looking for a Partner Manager to join our team in Sawbridgeworth. This is a relationship-focused, problem-solving role at the heart of what we do, and it suits someone who likes variety, takes ownership, and is genuinely good with people.
What you'll be doing
You'll manage day-to-day relationships with our clients and energy partners, keeping things moving and resolving issues. That means:
- Handling communication with clients and energy suppliers by phone and email, keeping everyone informed and up to date
- Remotely diagnosing and resolving energy issues in vacant properties so they're ready for tenants
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting in our portal
- Spotting problems early and taking action before they become bigger issues
- Supporting the smooth re-housing of tenants in affordable and social housing
What we're looking for
You don't need a background in energy. We'll train you. What we do need:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A calm, organised approach when managing multiple priorities
- Honesty and integrity in how you work, especially when things get complicated
- Confidence working independently and taking ownership of your workload
- Good attention to detail, especially when updating records and reporting
- A team-first attitude and genuine respect for the people around you
- Comfort using IT systems and picking up new tools quickly
Experience in energy, utilities, social housing, or a similar client-facing operations role is a bonus but not essential.
