The key duties of the post holder will be to provide Personal Academic Tutoring (PAT) support to all students studying at Queens Dental Sciences Centre (QuDeSC), supporting them in their academic, personal and professional development. In addition, you will be expected to monitor and report student attendance at QuDeSC, supporting initiatives to increase student engagement, retention, and compliance.
An honours degree (or equivalent) is an essential requirement for this role and preferably a teaching qualification.
The successful candidate should demonstrate a practical awareness of current developments in Higher Education with a focus on academic, personal and professional development, but also on compliance regulations.
