Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using commercial cleaning techniques.
- Prepare and cook meals according to specified recipes or preferences, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Provide courteous customer service by attending to household members’ needs and ensuring their comfort.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, kitchen ingredients, and household essentials; restock as necessary.
- Assist with light errands or shopping tasks to support household operations.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during cleaning and cooking activities to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.
- Prior experience in cooking or culinary preparation is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and bending.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Good communication skills to understand household preferences and coordinate tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to different household routines or special requests.
