Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining or service experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled efficiently
- Serve food, drinks, and beverages with a focus on presentation and customer satisfaction
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Support barista duties by preparing coffee, tea, and specialty drinks when required
- Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and courteously to ensure a positive experience
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols related to catering, food safety, and hospitality standards
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly preferred; familiarity with serving or catering roles is a plus
- Experience working as a barista or in food preparation enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Knowledge of food safety practices ensures compliance with health regulations
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with guests effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service roles demonstrates your ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
