What You’ll Be Doing:
Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative – Order Picker
Location: Uform
Shift Pattern: 42.5 hours, Evening Shift, 3pm to 12 midnight
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

✅ What You'll be doing?
- Accurately pick customer orders to exact specifications and quality standards
- Handle both ex-stock and custom production items with care and precision
- Use scanners and barcodes to ensure correct item selection and traceability
- Follow clear procedures for various order types (OAK, COURIER, DPD, etc.)
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in your work area
- Participate in team briefings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Training on picker trucks
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years’ previous experience in a busy, fast paced warehouse environment.
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to work flexible and/or demanding hours as determined by the needs of the business.
- Either hold or be willing to undertake stand-on picker truck test.
- Previous order picking experience (handheld scanner, pick by voice headset).
- A basic working knowledge of Quality Control and Health & Safety within a shop floor environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
