As a coach, you'll deliver fun and engaging sports sessions at holiday camps, schools and clubs, helping children develop confidence, skills and a lifelong love of sport.

The Role Overview
As a Sports Coach, you will be delivering planning, preparation and assessment (PPA) cover in schools, breakfast and after school clubs, club classes and holiday camps.
Term time school sessions are in local schools Monday - Friday after school hours.
Our club programmes are during the week, after school classes and on Saturday mornings.
Holiday Camps run in the school holidays Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Role and Responsibilities
This is a self-employed position.
You will be responsible for a group up to fifteen children of similar ages to coach a variety of sports at an introductory level.
We are looking for sports coaches who are passionate about working with children, can bring energy and enthusiasm with them every day. This is an ideal role for those looking to get more experience in the sports industry or working with children.
You will be responsible for ensuring the class runs smoothly and will potentially have assistant coaches working with you, who you will give advice, support and feedback to.
Key responsibilities include:
· Bringing energy and enthusiasm to every session
· Being professional in your interactions with children, parents, colleagues and schools
· Being on time for all sessions
· Safeguarding of the children
· Assisting with the safe set up and packing away of equipment, ensuring all equipment is stored safely
· Teaching relevant skills, progressions and techniques
· Talking with parents about the progress of their children, when necessary
· Making sure health and safety procedures are being followed
· Being familiar with and following all club policies and procedures
Requirements
· Must be 18 years old minimum
· DBS checked – this can be done in the joining process
· Reliable and punctual
· Good communication skills
· Enjoys working with children
· You must be eligible to work in the UK
· You must be able to speak English fluently
· You must be currently living within a commutable distance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £49.50-£117.00 per day
