We are recruiting for a goods-in colleague to support our busy warehouse team at Beckworth Emporium .

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a goods-in colleague you will ;
· Accept deliveries from suppliers and record those deliveries accurately onto both physical and virtual whiteboard
· Keeping unprocessed stock segregated from processed stock at all times
· Make sure that our smooth and efficient processes for all incoming stock, inter branch transfers are implemented
· Ensure that all deliveries are booked in against the correct purchase order
· Ensure that all stock is received and despatched on our systems accurately to enable an accurate stock file and any errors are identified and resolved with suppliers as quickly as possible.
· Communicate with suppliers where necessary
· Communicate with Department Managers to ensure that stock flow out of the warehouse is constant
· Communicate with Department Managers to prioritise deliveries to scan in, to enable smooth and efficient stock movement out of the warehouse once processed
· Maintain a neat and tidy environment within the Goods In area
ABOUT YOU
To be a successful goods in colleague with the Blue Diamond Group you will:
· Have experience of working in a busy goods incoming environment, ideally within retail
· Be approachable
· Be a good team player.
· Ideally have a fork lift licence or a willingness to obtain one
