Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at a busy motor garage repair shop.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage incoming emails and correspondence efficiently
- Invoicing customers & ordering parts
- Maintain organised records and files both digitally and physically
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
- Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and organising supplies
- Support team members with ad hoc administrative requests as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in the motor garage environment preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous use of Garagemaster programme preferred but not essential
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Work Location: In person
