We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to help oversee and enhance our Group's online presence across various digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and fostering positive public relations. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally.
- Analyse performance metrics to optimise content effectiveness and audience reach.
- Coordinate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Manage online reputation by addressing feedback and fostering positive community interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.
- Work closely with web-designers and in-house editors to manage websites across group companies.
- Assist in organising virtual events or campaigns to promote organisational initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and storytelling.
- Ability to analyse data insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Organised, proactive, with excellent time-management skills.
- A passion for staying current with emerging trends in social media technology and digital communication.
- Proficiency using Adobe suites, Content Management Systems such as Wordpress as well as google analytics and email marketing tools is essential.
- Previous experience in the fields of art, culture, exhibitions/events and/or hospitality is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in digital marketing is highly advantageous.
Pay: £45,000.00 per year
