We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our vibrant team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality.

Duties
- Oversee daily coffee shop operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of quality.
- Manage and supervise staff.
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to meet customer demands while maintaining food safety regulations.
- Lead team management initiatives such as training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations across all areas of the shop.
- Organise inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels for food production and beverage ingredients.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement operational procedures to optimise workflow and minimise waste.
- Support marketing efforts through promotional activities and community engagement initiatives.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a coffee shop setting is essential.
- Experience working as a barista or in hospitality roles such as serving or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards is important.
