Beaux Arts Garden Concierge is dedicated to maintaining our clients’ gardens to the highest standard. Our sister company, Beaux Arts Landscaping, is an established landscape construction firm working predominantly in the prime residential sector. Beaux Arts Garden Concierge was created to provide true horticultural aftercare and continuity of service for our clients, ensuring their gardens continue to thrive long after the initial build.
The role
We are now looking for a Garden Maintenance Operative to join our growing team.

- Use gardening tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Liaise professionally with clients when required, representing Beaux Arts in a courteous and confident manner.
Pride in your work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to undertake physically demanding outdoor labour in all seasons are essential. We welcome applications from both experienced gardeners and those earlier in their career who can demonstrate the right skills and attitude. Operating across Surrey and London, flexibility and a willingness to travel to different sites or to meet your team leader are required.

- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications.
- Holidays: 20 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays.
- Pension: Workplace pension scheme.
- Other: Uniform and necessary tools/equipment provided, ongoing training and development.
All relevant knowledge and experience will be taken into account when setting the starting salary, but the right attitude and commitment to the work are vital.
Training and progression
We actively encourage career progression and will support further training and professional development for the successful candidate. As Beaux Arts Garden Concierge continues to grow, there will be clear opportunities to take on more responsibility and advance within the company.
