Job Summary

Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted lists to introduce our products or services
- Engage potential customers with compelling pitches, clearly explaining benefits and value propositions
- Qualify leads by assessing client needs and interest levels to ensure quality prospects
- Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce
- Follow up with interested prospects to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective calling strategies and improve outreach techniques
- Track your performance metrics regularly to optimize calling efforts and maximize earnings
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or telemarketing roles, with a focus on cold calling
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for reaching diverse audiences
- Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce, to manage leads and track progress effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
