Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional assistance throughout their visit
- Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper handling and hygiene procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment
- Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and specialty drinks with care and precision
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with customer service protocols
- Hands-on experience in catering or serving roles helps in delivering efficient and attentive servic

Pay: £10.85-£13.50 per hour
