What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Promote independence, dignity, and well-being
- Follow individual care plans and positive behaviour strategies
- Work alongside people with Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities
- Accurately document daily activities and safeguard effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in care (Autism, Learning Disabilities or Mental Health)
- Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care – or willingness to train
- Compassion, patience and a genuine desire to help others
- Commitment to safeguarding and delivering outstanding support
