Are you an experienced Dental Technician ready to step into leadership? Or an established Operations Manager, General Manager, Practice Manager or people leader looking for an exciting opportunity within the dental sector?
Consult are proud to be partnering with a leading UK dental laboratory group to appoint a Laboratory Leader for one of their key sites. This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for people, performance and site success.

If you have dental knowledge or experience leading teams in a similar environment, we’d strongly encourage an application.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to lead an established laboratory operation, combining technical quality, customer service, team leadership and commercial delivery.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help drive sustainable growth, improve efficiencies and create a positive, high-performing culture across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the laboratory site
- Manage, motivate and develop technicians and wider staff teams
- Deliver sales and EBITDA targets for the business
- Create and execute annual sales and profit plans
- Improve productivity, workflow and operational efficiency
- Recruit, retain and succession plan for key roles
- Ensure DAMAS, quality and Health & Safety standards are maintained
- Support implementation of group systems, branding and strategic initiatives
- Build an engaged, inclusive and high-performing culture

We’d love to hear from:
- Senior Dental Technicians ready for a broader leadership move
- Existing Laboratory Managers or Supervisors
- Practice Managers, Operations Managers or General Managers
- Leaders from dental, healthcare, manufacturing or technical environments
- Individuals who understand how to motivate people and deliver results
