is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Sports Facilities team as Casual Sports Facilities Assistants. This is an exciting opportunity to support the day-to-day operation of our sports facilities while helping to deliver an outstanding experience for students, members, visitors, and the wider community.

Supporting the safe and efficient operation of the College's sports facilities.

Welcoming customers and providing a professional reception service.

Managing bookings, memberships, and customer enquiries through our membership systems.

Delivering gym inductions and a variety of fitness classes and activity sessions.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across the facilities.

Processing customer payments and supporting day-to-day administration.

Creating engaging social media content to help promote our facilities, events, and memberships.

Assisting with opening and closing procedures and supporting weekend and event activities as required.
We are looking for individuals who:

Hold, or are working towards, a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.

Have experience in a leisure, fitness, sports, education, or customer-facing environment.

Are passionate about health, fitness, and delivering excellent customer service.

Have strong communication and IT skills.

Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Are reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards.
