Hours
Part time- 13 hours per week. Working 9am-4pm Wednesday and Thursday, with a 30 minute unpaid break.
Pay
£14.83 per hour
About the role
We are looking for a part time Home Administrator to help support the home manager in providing effective administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the home.
What you will be doing
- Answering telephone queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Dealing with enquiries from new and existing residents, family members, central office staff and external professionals.
- Undertaking administrative duties such as typing, photocopying and filing.
- To attend staff meetings as required.
- Update and maintain staff personnel files and any other relevant documentation.
- Maintain Residents personal allowance and update documentation related to this.
- To support the Home Manager during fire drills and other health and safety duties.
- To carry out other duties as agreed with the Home Manager

- Kind, patient and respectful.
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is required.
- A good communicator who can work well as part of a team.
- Willing to learn, attend training and work towards care qualifications where required.
- You must be reliable, adaptable, and flexible in your approach to support the nature of the business.
