Job Summary
We are seeking skilled UPVc Composite Door Fabricators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess experience in working in either UPVc door fabrication and or, Composite door manufacture. This role involves cutting and assembling components, fabricating parts, and ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. The Fabricator will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of products that meet our clients' specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate Upvc manufacturing machinery, hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform cutting, setting out, reinforcing, welding and cleaning UPVc fabrication techniques as required.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all fabricated parts meet high quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Utilise basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings.
- Proficiency in Upvc and composite door fabrication techniques.
- Competence in using Upvc manufacturing machinery, hand tools and power tools safely.
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
