Overview
We are seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a commitment to food safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met
- Manage food production, including ordering supplies, inventory control, and waste minimisation
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Provide training and mentorship to kitchen staff, promoting professional development and teamwork
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor kitchen operations during service hours, maintaining efficiency and high standards at all times
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety legislation

- Proven supervising experience within a busy culinary environment
- Extensive food production and cooking expertise across diverse cuisines
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
