Terra Verde Landscaping is a professional landscaping and grounds maintenance company based in Reading, delivering high-quality gardening and outdoor maintenance services to residential and commercial clients across the South East. We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Gardener to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
You will be based in Reading and travel with the team to client sites across the South East (within a 50-mile radius). The role involves carrying out general gardening and grounds maintenance tasks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- General gardening duties including planting, pruning, weeding, mulching, and bed maintenance
- Hedge cutting, trimming, and basic shrub care
- Lawn care including mowing, edging, and seasonal maintenance
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Using hand tools and basic machinery safely
- Maintaining tools and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in gardening or grounds maintenance (preferred but not essential)
- Good plant knowledge and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
