Duties

- Provide companionship through engaging conversations, recreational activities, and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
- Communicate clearly with other family members or healthcare professionals about the individual’s progress or concerns.
Experience
- Previous experience in home care or working within a care home setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with creating and following care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with the family member and healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with the family member and other involved parties.
