We are seeking a London-based Business Development Specialist, whose core remit covers lead generation and new business growth. You will source and onboard international corporate clients, oversee their full lifecycle account management, and independently lead end-to-end cross-border commercial negotiations. You will nurture long-term client partnerships and conduct thorough market intelligence analysis. Centred on expanding our client base and growing our customer portfolio, this role focuses on identifying new commercial opportunities to deliver sustained long-term revenue growth for our cross-border operations. This is a predominantly remote position, with only ad-hoc in-person commitments required within London.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition & Client Resource: ExpansionLeverage internal company resources and external market channels to identify qualified overseas enterprise clients. Proactively uncover commercial opportunities, capture client requirements accurately, and maintain consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- End-to-End Client Negotiation & Project Delivery: Independently conduct full English-language business consultations, requirement alignment, quotation negotiations and contract signing with international clients. Oversee the full project lifecycle to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of all partnership initiatives.
- Long-Term Client Account Management: Maintain regular, consistent communication with UK and overseas key client contacts. Identify upsell and repeat partnership opportunities within existing accounts to boost client retention, grow partnership scale and increase recurring revenue.
- Market Research & Strategy: OptimisationMonitor global industry developments and cross-border market trends. Collate and analyse core client pain points and business requirements, then submit actionable market and operational improvement recommendations to support the iteration and upgrade of the organisation’s global business strategy.
Job Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English – ability to communicate seamlessly with international enterprise stakeholders; no mandatory degree requirement.
- 1–3 years’ proven experience in business development, overseas sales or cross-border corporate partnerships. Candidates with existing knowledge of international market landscapes and industry compliance frameworks will be prioritised.
- Strong end-to-end business capabilities: independent client prospecting, cross-cultural negotiation and cross-functional problem-solving. You must hold a verifiable track record of successful overseas business deals and hit sales targets.
- Self-driven, agile critical thinker with excellent long-term client relationship management skills. Demonstrated cross-cultural communication ability and a proactive business development mindset.
