- Prepare event materials (agendas, delegate lists, briefing packs, name badges, signage) and help ensure brand alignment.
- Provide on-the-day support: registration/delegate management, supplier coordination and troubleshooting.
Event communications and invitations
- Support pre- and post-event communications, including drafting and sending invitations, reminders and follow-ups using the firm’s email marketing platform.

- Keep event documentation organised (briefs, run sheets, supplier details, budgets/invoices as directed).
Marketing & Team Support

- Help manage branded materials and giveaways for events, monitoring stock levels and supporting re-orders.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting events (typically 1–2 years), ideally in a professional services or similar fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail; confident juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear, professional communication style; comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
