We are looking for an experienced and motivated Yacht GRP Repairer & Polisher to join our team. Working on a variety of luxury yachts and marine vessels, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality GRP repairs and delivering exceptional polishing and finishing work. You will work as part of a team undertaking general annual maintenance works and complete routine Washdowns across marinas in Torbay and Plymouth areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out GRP repairs to a high standard with perfect colour matching.
Machine polish and restore gelcoat finishes.
Prepare surfaces for repair and finishing.
Maintain excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
Undertake Annual Maintenance works
Complete Routine Washdowns to a high standard
Work safely and efficiently as part of a professional team.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in GRP repairs and yacht or marine polishing.
A strong eye for detail and pride in producing quality work.
Familiar with basic boat repairs (leaks rectifications, sealant works etc)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence essential.
