We're now looking for an Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our team, supporting the Operations Manager and sales team while helping to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position. You'll be involved in everything from shipping customer orders and preparing export documentation to updating our ERP system, supporting suppliers and helping improve our operational processes. This role would suit someone with 1–3 years' experience in administration, logistics, operations or customer service who wants to build a career in operations management.
Some days you'll be working at your desk, while on others you'll be helping to prepare urgent customer shipments or solving a logistics issue. Flexibility, organisation and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Logistics
- Process UK and international shipments
- Receive and process stock
- Produce shipping labels and export documentation
- Arrange courier collections
- Track deliveries and resolve shipping issues
- Ensure customer orders leave accurately and on time
Order Fulfilment
- Prepare and pack customer orders
- Verify products and serial numbers
- Coordinate daily order dispatches
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and presentation
Operations Administration
- Maintain our ERP system
- Process purchase orders and supplier information
- Prepare customer and compliance documentation
- Support stock management and inventory accuracy
- Produce reports and maintain operational records
Supporting the Business
- Respond to operational enquiries
- Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day activities
- Help document and improve internal processes
- Contribute ideas that make the business more efficient
- Be willing to help wherever needed as part of a small, collaborative team

Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in an operations, logistics, administration or coordination role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
Experience with any of the following would be beneficial:
- ERP systems (particularly Odoo)
- International shipping and export documentation
- Courier platforms such as DHL, UPS or FedEx
- Stock control or warehouse operations
- Distribution, manufacturing or technical products
