Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
- Cultivate strong relationships with donors, partners, volunteers, and community stakeholders
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to track donor interactions and campaign progress
- Lead marketing efforts across digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels to raise awareness of the charity’s mission
- Coordinate public relations activities to enhance the organization’s reputation and visibility
- Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns
- Ensure excellent customer service by engaging with supporters professionally and empathetically
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership to inform future strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or relationship management within a nonprofit or charitable organization
- Strong knowledge of CRM software systems such as “Raiser's Edge” or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute outreach initiatives
- Experience managing public relations efforts to promote organizational initiatives
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with donors, partners, and community members
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to supporter engagement
