Situated near Bristol, with the opportunity to build on the local trade and maximise its potential.
We are looking for two people who can provide a front of house offer together with the experience to manage and grow the restaurant part of the business.
Only applicants with the ability to produce a good standard food offer can be considered.
Ideally you will have:
· Previous experience of running a busy pub
. Be able to provide a food offer
. Experience with staff payroll
· Proven ability to drive sales, manage a team and keep both staff and customers happy
· Passionate and knowledgeable about food and drink
An essential requirement for the role is
· Must hold a Personal Licence and have experience of food, health & safety compliance in line with the law.
In return for the above you will have:
· Live in accommodation
· This is a self employed position with a commission package
· Freedom to work as your ‘own boss’ with the opportunity to run and grow your own Business
