We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Joiner to join and lead our busy production team.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Joiner to support the day-to-day running of our workshop while also carrying out hands-on joinery work. This role involves both producing high-quality joinery and helping to guide and support the production team to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all joinery work meets required quality standards
- Read and work from technical drawings and production schedules
- Oversee the use of woodworking machinery and processes
- Support and train team members where required
- Monitor productivity and help resolve production issues
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a joiner with supervisory or foreman experience
- Strong knowledge of joinery, door manufacturing, and workshop operations
- Ability to read technical drawings and cut lists
- Reliable, organised, and able to lead a team effectively
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Previous factory/workshop experience essential
