Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi-Skilled Trades Person with a strong background in finishing joinery and general building works. The ideal candidate will be reliable, practical, detail-focused and able to work independently across a variety of development projects.
The role will involve assessing sites, identifying any outstanding work or materials needed, and complete to a high standard. Ideally, the candidate will have a broad range of practical skills across multiple trades and be able to turn their hand to different tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Second-fix and finishing joinery
- Hanging doors and fitting ironmongery
- Fitting skirting, architraves, mouldings and trims
- Kitchens, wardrobes, cupboards and bespoke joinery
- Flooring, stairs and general carpentry
- Wall and floor tiling
- Basic plumbing and brickwork
- Basic plastering and boarding
- Basic painting and decorating
- Silicone/sealant finishing and general snagging
- General property maintenance and refurbishment
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a finishing joiner/carpenter.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Good knowledge of general building and finishing trades.
- Practical experience in joinery, tiling, plumbing, brickwork and other building trades.
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs to a high standard.
- Good organisational , problem-solving and communication skills.
- Reliable, professional and well organised.
- Full driving licence required
Ideal Candidate
A multi-skilled tradesperson whose main trade is finishing joinery, but who is confident undertaking associated building works including tiling, plumbing, brickwork, plastering, decorating and flooring as and when required.
Relevant trade qualifications are desirable, but proven experience and quality workmanship are equally important.

Pay: £31,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
