Our drivers and vehicles keep Hutchinson moving, and we need someone who keeps them compliant. You'll track driver infringements, work through tachograph data, and stay on top of defect reports and servicing across the fleet. You'll be communicating with the drivers regularly, so if you're organised and good with people, we want to hear from you.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Pay: Up to £35,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping up-to-date with driver infringements
- Reviewing daily driver defect reports and following up where action is needed
- Tracking servicing schedules across the fleet, keeping everything on time
- Talking to drivers directly, dealing with issues as they come up
- Working alongside the Transport Managers on day-to-day compliance
- Supporting toolbox talks and driver briefings
- Keeping accurate, audit-ready records for our operator licence
- Flagging compliance risks early, before they become a problem

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in transport, logistics or fleet administration
- Comfortable working with tachograph systems, or willing to learn fast
- Good with people, confident talking to drivers by phone and in person
- Organised, with an eye for detail and nothing left to slip
- A team player who can work closely with the Transport Managers
- Good IT skills and comfortable with compliance record keeping
