Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist residents or clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Support the implementation of personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems and documentation standards
- Support transportation needs by driving residents or clients to appointments or outings when required
- Monitor health conditions and report any changes or concerns to senior staff promptly
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and infection control procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Valid driving license and ability to drive safely when required for home visits or outings
- Good command of English language skills for effective communication with residents and team members
- Basic IT skills for maintaining electronic care records and documentation
- Strong communication skills with a caring, respectful approach towards residents and their families
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed
