Are you an experienced Fresh Food, Foodhall, Deli or Convenience Retail Manager looking for your next leadership challenge?
EUROSPAR Moy is one of Northern Ireland's most ambitious independent food retailers, and we're looking for an exceptional Foodhall Manager to lead our fresh food operation.
You'll have full responsibility for our: Butchery Bakery Deli & Food-to-Go Beverages Food Preparation Teams
This is far more than a department manager role. You'll lead people, drive commercial performance, develop new products, improve standards and play a key role in shaping one of the region's leading fresh food destinations.
What we're looking for:
✔ At least 3 years' management experience within a Foodhall, Deli, Café or Fresh Food environment ✔ A proven track record of delivering sales, margin and labour targets ✔ Strong leadership and coaching skills ✔ Passion for fresh food, customer service and operational excellence ✔ Someone who enjoys developing teams and driving continuous improvement
