BabyBallers is a Toddler Football Club for Girls and Boys aged 16 months all the way through to 7 years old. We believe in ‘learning through play’ and require only the most outgoing passionate coaches to help us deliver our classes!
We require a self-driven, enthusiastic and confident Toddler Football Coach to deliver outstanding varied, fun, safe, age relevant sessions each week to all our BabyBallers classes!
You will be provided with a fantastic range of varied equipment to use in your weekly sessions ensuring you'll never run out of fresh new exciting games! As well as being provided with written sessions you can use at anytime! Before your ready to lead and run your own club you will be trained 1-1 with the franchise director ensuring you have the full knowledge, sufficient training to make your club successful from the start! (Training IS paid).
Not only will you be responsible for setting up and delivering the sessions to a group of up to 20 children aged 16 months to 7 years, but you will be able to maintain fantastic customer relationship within the class plus build a rapport with parents.
We are looking for someone who can combine their love of football/sport with a passion for working and supporting young children to learn.
A BabyBallers coach is approachable, super friendly, fun, extremely confident, loud, organised, conscientious and creative! All this whilst conducting yourself in a professional manner.
Qualifications and Skills
-Football or Sports coaching experience required or experience working with children
-Full DBS (we an help the right candidate obtain a DBS!)
-Driving License (preferred) equipment needs to be taken to and from session and stored in a safe, dry space throughout the week)
-Sessions take place on Saturday (9:30-11:30) and Sunday mornings (9:30-12). If you can only do one of these please specify this when applying.
