If you're registered with the NMC, HCPC, or GPhC and want to apply your clinical expertise in a non-traditional, remote support role, this is the opportunity for you.
You’ll be supporting patients using prescribed weight loss medication — providing advice, reassurance, and clinical guidance via live chat, and phone calls during Mon to Sun - 6am - 10pm on a rota'd basis.

✔ Excellent communication & clinical decision-making skills
✔ Confident using digital systems
✔ Able to work independently and remotely

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a non-traditional setting, supporting patients via live chat and inbound phone calls during evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinically sound support to patients experiencing symptoms related to weight loss medication.
- Handle inbound enquiries via Live Chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Assess patient concerns and provide appropriate advice or escalation based on clinical judgment.
- Ensure all patient interactions adhere to current clinical guidelines, protocols, and company procedures.
- Document all interactions clearly, accurately, and in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.
Key Requirements
- NMC, HCPC or GPhC registered professionals (UK-based) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
- Comfortable using digital systems and chat platforms in a remote environment.
- Able to work independently and exercise clinical judgment.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.
