We're looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the home
- Inspire, mentor, and develop the residential team
- Deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Home Standards
- Promote safeguarding and continuous service improvement
- Manage staff performance, recruitment, and development
- Build strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Full UK Driving Licence
