Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences.
Claims Handling:
- Take first notification of new claims from clients and working partners.
- Regularly update clients and working partners on claim progress.
Qualifications:

- Build strong rapport both internally and externally.
