Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be capable of completing body and panel repairs to an excellent standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out panel repairs, replacements and alignments to manufacturer or high workshop standards.
- Repair dents and damaged vehicle bodywork.
- Straighten and reshape damaged panels.
- Remove and refit body panels and related components.
- Prepare, fill and shape panels ready for refinishing.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work-area cleanliness.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Work collaboratively within a growing and supportive team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Body Repair Technician is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards in a workshop environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- A UK driving licence is preferred.
- ATA, NVQ or an equivalent qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Pay
£110–£150 per day, depending on experience and ability.
