Location: Newport
Salary: £45,000–£48,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6/12 months - performance based)
Nurses | OTs | Physios | Pharmacist | Paramedic
Full Time – Hybrid - Mon-Fri, 9-5
Part time - Hybrid - 3 or 4 days
Work as a Disability assessor, supporting individuals applying for Work Capability Assessments (WCA) or Personal Independent payment (PIP) on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Your Role:
- Assessing claimants health & daily living via phone and face-to-face appointments doing either PIP or WCA assessments.
- Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP
- Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed

Essential Criteria:
- Registered Nurse, OT or Physio
- Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
- NMC/HCPC registered
- Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
- Confident communicator & report writer – IT literate
- Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
- Experience working with complex health conditions
